As a certified specialist in this area, I can help you dispel the common myths about nutrition, and then work with you to design a "real world" nutrition plan that you can actually stick with and enjoy.

My rank of Black Belt was received from Peter Murphy- A Master Black Belt Instructor and Coach of both International and National Champion Fighters. I have studied under Mr. Peter Murphy, founder of ExecDefense (www.execdefense.blogspot.com) , for over 4 years in the areas of Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA and Jiu Jitsu to earn my degree.



200 hr RYT - Yoga Teacher In Training

Fitness and Health should be a well rounded practice. Including Yoga into my training program carries into not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well. In addition, Yoga helps balance an active lifestyle with a holistic approach to nutrition, flexibility, agility, and endurance in all things physical as well as mental. I am currently training for my 200 hour certification as a Yoga Instructor, and will graduate in June.
